Self-led training for our Dedicated Support customers

You voted, we listened!

In our recent customer survey, "Access to additional training material" was one of the most frequently requested new features for our Customer Portal. We are delighted to announce that we’ve been able to make this happen. From today, our Dedicated Support customers now have exclusive access through their Portal login to our in-house, specialist training.

These courses have been developed to train Coeo’s specialist Data Platform Engineers and cover topics with a depth and focus we couldn’t find from standard training providers. They consist of self-paced lab material that you can complete at your own leisure.

We’ve launched with two complete labs:

  • · Deploying Availability Groups in Azure
  • · Learning Databricks

You can access these by logging into the Portal as usual and selecting ‘Coeo University’ from the drop-down menu on the left.


Over the coming months, we'll be bringing additional courses onto our new learning platform – keep an eye on Coeo University for further releases.
