Coeo's COVID-19 Response

As the World Health Organisation has declared COVID-19 a worldwide pandemic, and the UK Government have moved into a delay phase with their response, we’d like to take this opportunity to reassure and outline some of the measures we have put in place for our team and clients.

In line with our ISO27001 Business Continuity Plan (BCP), we have plans in place should our team be unable to attend work at our offices in Reading or London for any reason. As such, we have advised our team to work from home for the rest of this month unless their attendance in person is absolutely necessary. We have also asked our team to re-arrange any in-person client meetings as Microsoft Teams calls to reduce unnecessary travel. We are well prepared to support our clients remotely and have tested this scenario, at present there is no degradation to any of our services.

Our BCP Response Team are continually monitoring the COVID-19 situation and meeting regularly to review the situation and adjust our plans as needed. At the time of writing, we have no confirmed cases of COVID-19. Should you need any further information or support during this difficult time, we are here to assist.
